Delicious Easter menus available from March 30 – April 2, 2018


(Macao, March 08, 2018) – With a mouthwatering range of specially themed Easter dishes at six award winning restaurants, Sands Resorts Macao and Sands® Macao are the places to enjoy a delicious festive celebration this year. Guests can indulge in spring lamb, the freshest seafood, traditional hot cross buns, chocolate Easter eggs and other seasonal treats along with tempting afternoon tea sets to share with family and friends.

Bambu at The Venetian® Macao
The popular buffet restaurant has added a selection of special seasonal dishes to its extensive Asian cuisine. In addition to delicious seafood, sushi, sashimi and Cantonese BBQ, you will find roast lamb with herbs on the live cooking station, crayfish with rice wine, a selection of Malaysian specialities, a huge range of desserts and fresh fruit and much more.

Brasserie at The Parisian Macao:

Brasserie is offering delicious Easter set menus for lunch and dinner, as well as an Easter afternoon tea set. Highlight items on the lunch menu include Australian lamb chops, French chicken cordon bleu, US prime sirloin and pan-fried seabass, while the dinner menu adds Boston lobster. A delightful Easter afternoon tea set offers duck foie gras and mushroom profiterole, asparagus quiche, smoked salmon tartare and croque monsieur and a range of sweet delights.

Le Buffet at The Parisian Macao:

Le Buffet’s amazing Easter offerings feature a wonderful range of international dishes, including charcuterie, salads and appetisers, sashimi and sushi, a seafood bar, grilled salmon steak soufflé with ginger lobster sauce, live stations for pasta and noodles, and carving stations for Australian prime rib, roast herbed leg of lamb and tangerine-glazed Easter ham. Dinner adds whole BBQ duck with orange sauce, grilled lamb chops and Boston lobster thermidor. The dessert buffet includes hot cross buns, freshly cooked churros, Easter “floss” freshly made cotton candy and Le Eiffel Tower Treats.

Enjoy a wide range of exquisite international delicacies this Easter as part of Sands Macao’s 888 Buffet festive lunch and dinner buffets. Lunch offers fresh seafood, sashimi, steamed garoupa, braised Welsh lamb spareribs, Portuguese roasted leg of lamb and Korean style bulgogi rib eye of beef and chicken pan-fried to order.
