Overview
Hwang released his first solo EP album showcasing his unique vocal style, energy and charisma to great acclaim in 2007 and gained even greater popularity after finishing second runner-up in the finals of the popular television show “I am a Singer” season 4. 

That year also saw Hwang receive a host of accolades including ‘Most Powerful Singer of the Year’ at the KU Music Asian Music Awards, ‘Most Popular Singer of the Year’ at The LeEco Night, ‘Most Popular Singer’ at the Music Radio Chinese Top Music Awards and ‘APAN Rising Star’ at 2016 APAN Star Awards. 

Last year his best-selling mini album, “Be Ordinary” was released, and he is now one of the most in-demand Korean celebrities as a singer, TV show and award host and guest, model and brand ambassador.
